Lease File Audits

With InspectCheck, multiple users update one online file audit sheet that is pre-populated with information imported from a recent rent roll report along with any number of user-defined fields.  Users can quickly identify variances between the rent roll and lease file information and enter the corrections along  with whatever user-defined information is in the file audit layout such as tenant demographics, miscellaneous fees, dates, confirmation of lease file documents, and comments.   As information for each unit is updated, a file audit summary is also updated.  The file audit detail and summary can be exported as Excel or PDF reports.
