For deploying recurring inspections that will be conducted by property level users

This can apply to any inspection types, but is commonly used for annual unit inspections, move-in/outs, regional manager site visits, routine checks on property condition and liability issues such as trip hazards, adequate lighting, fire hazards, etc.

Account Set-Up Configure all software options, add users, customize inspection checklists.
Importing Property Information
  • Import property information from up to 10 rent roll files or one file with information for any number of properties.
  • Handling more than 10 separate rent roll reports may require billable time.
  • Property imports require building and unit information in Excel or PDF files that can be converted to Excel.
User Training Two online training sessions – up to 100 attendees per session.
