InspectCheck also integrates HUD standards used in the affordable housing industry providing unparalleled support for NSPIRE inspections.
Intuitive Design
Inspectcheck’s workflow mimics what you are already doing on paper – only better. For the same amount of time that it takes you to hand write inspections you can easily flow through an inspection, recording issues on a touch screen, quickly embedding photographs and specific notes, and producing reports as soon as you are done. Inspectcheck’s mobile inspection app is easy to learn, with our intuitive design and layout.
Multiple Layouts
Our mobile app design offers two distinct designs – an easy to use multi-select form for professional site inspections, Pre-REAC Inspections, and checklist inspections for custom property and apartment inspections. Our in-line design allows inspector’s to record inspection notes, photos, and findings with a simple tap of the finger.
Mobile Capability
Our mobile app includes a wide range of features including digital photos, e-signatures, and the ability to work without an active internet connection. InspectCheck’s mobile application works on Apple iOS and Android Platforms for smartphones and tablets.
HUD and Tax Credit Physical Compliance Support
InspectCheck is unique among mobile inspection software in that our roots are in the affordable housing industry, and we started with supporting REAC and UPCS Inspection Protocol, including the only support in the industry for accurate REAC Scoring. We added support for NSPIRE scoring when HUD developed this new model. We are also widely used by Housing Finance Authorities and Consultants who work with LIHTC/Housing Tax Credit and HOME Fund required physical complicance inspections. Our inspection process not only makes it easy for asset managers to perform site visits, but also to track repairs, update the inspection with new information about what the site has done in response to the compliance inspection, and produce a final report with all of the information in one single place.
Due Diligence and Lease File Audit
InspectCheck provides unparalleled support for Due Diligence and Lease File Audits. For companies wanting to do a deep-dive analysis of a property, InspectCheck provides easy to follow checklists that can be worked on with teams of inspectors and file auditors. When the inspection is completed, all of the findings from the walkers merge into a single report that will show you everything – including cost analysis, a breakdown of any and all findings cited during the inspection, and all photos with captions and notes. Our due diligence inspection report provides an easy to read breakdown of everything an investor would need to know about a property.
